This meets code and is the only safe way to have a switch installed in a countertop by not using electricity. Simply press the button to turn your disposal on, then press again to turn off.  Easy Installation To install drill a 1 3/8" hole where you want the button to be, drop the button into the hole and thread the lock nut up to the underside of the countertop securing it in place.
