Digital Bobbin Lace pattern-flower brooch This pattern is drawn in Idrija bobbin lace technique. However, I think even those who work in other bobbin lace techniques can understand it. It is accurately drawn and has been tested several times by me and other lace-makers. Size of the finished brooch: app.8cm You'll need 7 pairs of bobbins. Stitches used: - Idrija narrow tape lace (5-pairs cloth stitch+additional pair in the twisted edge) - cloth stitch with twists - corners in Idrija narrow tape lace and cloth stitch with twists Recommended thread: cotton No.30 (or similar) Once the lace is made (and possibly starched), you can introduce some beads through the central openings, using a needle (as shown on the photos).
